  • Shadowing Client Interviews: We attend the interviews our clients have with our candidates to ensure that we pick up on any additional nuances needed for a person to be successful. We are always looking to improve our process.
  • Onboarding: We handle the onboarding process for all of our hires and conduct regular check-ins to ensure a smooth transition to their new role and company.
